Hey y'all; I'm new to this whole "forum" thing (newb and I accept that), so please bare *teehee* with me.

'14 SCREW Raptor all stock minus Pedal Commander I bought before purchasing it on 2/16 and a tonneau cover that came with it. Performance-wise it's stock.

If you were building your dream Raptor, what mods would you do and in what order? Also, good reputable places to purchase from would be ideal as well.

I don't want to limit it to a budget because...well...why do that? I'm curious to know which mods you would do in order...i.e would a CAI and tune REALLY produce any noticeable gains on this heavy beast? It would on my old hatchbacks, but with this tank, I'm not so sure. I'm also thinking of putting a whipple on it down the road because it's quite the slouch. I didn't buy this to be a street car, but I gotta have SOME power!

Thanks in advance.

Howdy and congrats. I would do suspension mods first, you can’t out run the stock motor on factory suspension. If I did it all over again my first mod would be bumpstops and Deavers.

Pedal commander literally does nothing to help you. Sell it or use it to hold a door open.

Get yourself a 5Star tune. That's a better start.

You're definitely entitled to your own opinion. But in MY opinion (and many other member's, for that matter), you're wrong.

Sure, you don't gain anything, performance-wise. But you can't argue that it doesn't change the throttle response on these trucks. For THAT, and that alone, it's a VERY worthwhile modification.

I've owned both. Pedal commander is just a toy.

I see the Fitch Fuel Catalyst in your future lol!

Buy the Whipple.
-JDM/SVC and other vendors sell em

Then suspension if you plan to push it's limits offroad. (3.0's+, Bumpstops)
-almost every vendor on here sells suspension components.

Bumpers for appearance/practicality(dovetail/frame cut)
-Personal preference for looks
