Do the 4.5in flare 2in rise fender flares look good on a stock raptor?

i'd be more inclined to ask if they serve a purpose for your particular application...putting them on for just looks is a bit of a waste...

Eventually want bigger tires, but mainly for looks!

For looks...I would think that the 4.5" flare would require a long travel suspension, so that the wheel track width would sit further out and "look" right. Looks and function usually go hand in hand and do in this case!

Would the 2in flare 2in rise work better with stock?

Yes but it would look better with 37s

Seriously though, 4.5s will look stupid without long travel or some seriously aggressive offset, hell +2 will look stupid without 37s or some offset.
