I'd take the door panel off and check it out before going into the dealer.

if i remember correctly the drivers window is a 30 amp fuse.

Update...went out to the truck to get the manual so I could determine which fuse is the culprit and thought, try it once more to see if it still doesn't work and low and behold, it is working again!
