I'm skeerd to run mine through one.

says in the owner manual supplement. no automatic car washes. track too wide. and most car washes are designed for average width vehicles..

Heard the guide rails scrap the rims on a Raptor.

We have a Laser Wash here with no tracks and the left to right chamois that work fine. I just have to power fold the mirrors in.

Don't do it! I will use the local self wash with my own bucket and sponges when it's real dirty.

Most you can not go through especially with the rails. Your raptor has 7'' wider of stance which wont allow you to go through the washes with the rails. However if it is a laser wash you have a chance. Check with your local wash and see. Most of the time they are touchless. Touchless wont do a great job but it works if you have a fresh coat of wax on and you are in a hurry. Best bet is there are a few raptors out now probly in your area. Flag one down and ask would be the safest way. Let someone else do the dirty work for you (no pun inteneded ha).

Mine fit through just fine, but my carwash up the street is badass. I saw a H1 Hummer go through once, so I figured after that I was good to go.
