Too awesome not to share. Supporting vendor Addictive Desert Designs, JPM Coachworks and SVTO member ChrisandAlex1 have come together to create something truly unique; they're calling it the "Luxury Performance Raptor", and they plan to show it at this coming SEMA and Offroad Impact shows.

The project has just gotten underway, but its already freaking crazy! Click the link to see their Facebook page for dozens more pics, and all the latest (sawery Facebook hatrz; maybe ChrisandAlex1 can keep us updated here too? I'll try to post updates as they're released as well) .

I can't wait till ADD gets their hands on this bad boy...

Sorry about Facebook guys, It just makes it so easy to link social media with all the build partners. I will post here if Jason sets me up a build thread. or maybe just here. I just don't know how to post pictures here.

Here is most of the info on the truck. I say most because it just keeps getting better.

2011 Ford Raptor SuperCrew fully loaded, Black on Black.

The Truck has already left Hennessey Performance, where it got the VelociRaptor 600 SC package.

Right now the truck is at JPM Coachworks in Temple GA. They have extraordinary plans to do a complete overhaul of the interior of the truck with Royal Hides from Edelman Leather and Alcantara. I could go on and on about how cool the interior will be, but I will just post pictures as we get it done instead.

When they are finished its off to Albuquerque NM, where High Desert Mobile electronics will be installing a sound system that will make even the best audioholics jealous. Illusion Audio Is supplying all the speakers and relaunching their company with the truck as their showcase. BTW, it will be the very first vehicle to have their new ultra high end line of speakers. Mosconi is suppling all the amplifiers. Blackhole, all the sound deadening materials. And, Tsunami all the wire, connectors, cables and such.

NAV-TV is on board with a system the will integrate front and rear view live feeds with the factory navigation system.

We are using the Chasecam 3 camera system. This will be really hot because I am having JPM Coachwork build the control panel into the center console armrest of the truck. We will be able to view life feeds both forward and backwards with an accelerometer and GPS tracking built into the recording, and control the whole process from the Cab of the truck.

Vizualogic is custom fabricating a rear seat entertainment package for the headrest that will also be tied into the whole NAV System as well as camera system.

Then it is off to Addictive Desert Designs in Arizona. Jarod is waiting to do his magic. Stealth Front Bumper, Stealth Rear Bumper, Full Array of Rigid LED Lights, Rock Guards, Front Suspension, Rear suspension, Fuel Hostage Wheels and Goodyear MTR Kevlar tires. A complete set of powder-coated aluminum skid plates. Installing a BakFlip F1. He is also planing a couple of special touches that will be a surprise at SEMA.

Marsh Racing Wheels is putting custom Bead-locks on the Fuel Hostage Wheels.

While Addictive Desert Designs will be doing the install of the suspension. We have been working with King Shocks to develop a 3" coil-over suspension setup in the front and a 3" triple bypass piggyback setup in the rear with 14 inches of stroke. The suspension will be nothing short of intense. We have designed the front to work in conjunction with ADD's front suspension kit. This should be pretty hot.

Next is the braking system, Baer Brakes is doing a complete Big Brake kit on the truck. Using the Extreme Plus Calipers and 15" rotors.

As soon as Baer is done the truck goes to Costa Mesa for Hi Tech Collision to have their time with the truck. We are planning on blacking out pretty much everything that is not already done.

While the truck is in California, Spintech Muffler will be doing a custom true dual exhaust that dumps downward just in front of the rear axle.

Also while in California, Line-X will be doing a complete Line-X job. Bed, wheel wells, some undercoat stuff and about 12" down the side of the truck.

Finally, to top it all off, Renny Doyle of Detailing Success is going to prep the truck for the shows. He has a tall task ahead of him because his goal is to get the paint completely flat, NO ORANGE PEEL. Apparently it is about a 12 step process with some really exotic products to get this done. He assures me that when finished it will be the best looking Tuxedo Black Paint that anyone has ever seen. I am not sure if you are familiar with Renny, but he is considered the Guru of the detailing world. He is actually detailing Air Force One as I write this.

Well you get the idea. Plus every time I think, ok, were done, something else comes up.

Hard to imagine how much equipment (costs) and labor (costs) are going into this Raptor. It's gonna be a great show piece for all involved. I'm looking forward to seeing the suspension and other offroading bits like the skidplates, etc.

Thanks for sharing your info with us.

We are not going to cut the top off the truck to put a cage in. But wait until you see what ADD has planned for the cage of the rear suspension.
