I just cut the tailpipe mount and welded it back on higher and further out for now. I hate the factory tailpipe so when I am ready to change it the whole thing will come out. I have 1.5-2" of clearance now. It's nice having that much of the bed free again!

Exhaust clearance is one issue, but the diff cover also is a major concern too. Keep in mind the path the rear axle travels - up and back. The front of the leaf is fixed and the rear shackle allows rearward movement of the axle. So as the system cycles through compression, how close will the diff come to the stock spare or especially a 37" spare? Time for some high speed GoPro videoing under my truck I guess!
