Ok, so I got my Raptor 5 months ago and it now has 8100 miles on it. Last Monday the windshield washer stop functioning, checked fuse, all good. So made appointment, dropped it off today. Received several calls from service advisor, (believe or not) first to ask if it ever worked... Next call to say the pump works, the module works and the switch is good, but it still won't function. So they call the factory engineers to consult on the issue. (They have been working on it for a full day at this point). Now last call to inform me the engineers got back to them telling them to replace the wiper motor and see if that takes care of it, if not let them know and they will look into it further... WTH.... They have power out of the switch to the module and out of that to the washer pump, but it will not turn on. If they run a hot wire to the pump directly, it will pump fine. Guess I will find out a result tomorrow... ImageUploadedByTapatalk1416440114.862099.jpg

Sounds like a wiring issue between the switch and pump then. If they've narrowed it down that far I'd inspect the wiring and connections between the two.

The pump and the wipers are suppose to come on at the same time, so there maybe a safety circuit in the circuit board located in the wiper motor :) which has failed.

Let us know what you hear from the dealership today, Sgtmac26. If you'd like, I can escalate this to your regional customer service manager. All I'll need to make that happen is a PM from you with your full name, best daytime phone number, VIN, current mileage, and servicing dealership.

Thank you, the dealer is still working on it and is still at a loss. They are in touch with the engineers again today. I will update later today.

Ok, well the dealer has had the truck 2 days, replaced:
Washer pump
Wiped motor
Module
Switch
Fuses
All after calling the engineering hotline several times.

Then they said it was not working because of the LED off-road lights installed on the unfitted switches and I may be charged if it is proven to be the cause...WTH..so if you use the switches they provide it can cause your wipers to fail...doubt it..

And was was called an hour before they closed to tell me it was ready and would not tell me what it was on the phone. I got there to get it and he said extremely sheepishly (without looking at me) it was the wiper relay.... WTH... 2 days and 17 hours labor for a $10 relay...

I really think fuses and relays are the first place to look, don't you?

Anyway have my truck back and everything works, well almost... Washer tank leaks like hell, puddle under my truck after parked for an hour, will see in the morning if it's empty...

a little late to the game... but i am having the same issue on my 13screw. windshield wipers work but when i press the button in for some windshield juice, no spray and no motor pump sound.... did power test (fuse tester) at the fluid pump connection and is shows it has power, replaced 28 fuse, tested new pump and still doesn't work...do you know what relay they replaced? these are the fuses/relays im checking first...

Manual shows:
Main power dis. box
fuse# - components - amp rating
28 - upfitter 4 - 10a (replaced fuse)
41 - front camera washer - 15a
49 - wiper relay power -
54 - lots of stuff w/ front camera washer relay coil - 5a
62 - wiper motor relay - no rating

Raptor aux. box
5-front camera washer relay- no rating

anyone?

New to the forum.. recently bought my dream truck gen1 Raptor.. having a issue with the windshield washer. The main one kicks on the wipers but squirts no juice and no pump..but if I use the front camera switch it squirts my windshield.. I saw a post after a dealer replaced most things it came down to a $10 wiper relay.. but they didn't say which one or were it's located.. anyone else know or have this issue?
