2014 Raptor Information Display help?

I recently had a new key programmed at the dealership and my "Settings" and "Information" buttons are no longer accessible. I don't have access to "MYKEY" anymore either.

How do I turn these back on? They're grayed out and the arrow around the "ok" won't let me scroll down to them anymore.

Does the dealer have to turn these back on for me?

Sounds like you are using the restricted "MY KEY" key. Does your other key do the same thing? If so, I would go back to the dealer who botched the job and have them reset the system to remove the MY KEY settings to make both keys work.
