Raptor now "Locked In"

I saw on the dealer screen that my Raptor is now "Locked In". There was a date of 1/17 in the column before it. Any ideas if this indicates anything other then the order cannot be changed?

1/17 should be your build date

Update today.....

Now my Raptor is listed as "Bucked" with a date of 1/19 prior. The delivery column states TBD. Any ideas??????
