My truck is in!!

But I am out. Out of the country for a week. :-(

But all is well. Truck is at dealership and has been washed and PDI'd.

They are going to place it inside on the showroom floor with a theatre rope and a big SOLD sign on it. They were floored as they had not received any paperwork on it yet...wondered if the gods had dropped it from the sky. God bless the courtesy delivery woman, Phyllis, who promptly took the keys and put them under lock and key. Kudos!

So a week from Monday I drive up and get it (1 1/2 hrs away to nearest Ford dealer).

Thanks Randy for your excellent service!! Can't wait to get my hands on it.

So the details:

11/11/10 Ordered a truck Randy already had in the system (with a few changes)
12/16/10 VIN issued and scheduled to week of 1/10/11
1/12/11 Window sticker and truck built
1/13/11 Released awaiting shipment via rail
1/18/11 Left Dearborn on a train
1/26/11 Arrived Salt Lake City and transferred to Auto Transport
1/27/11 Arrived at dealership

Congrats! Our trucks arrived their respective dealerships about a day apart.

We are TWINS! AHhaaaaaaa. Now go get the Line-X bed liner and have the extra gloss added or the over coat and have them add a tiny bit of the small gold flake in it. Looks GREAT, like its wet and ya get a slight glint of the gold flake now and then. Glad you got it.
