As an aftermarket item (replacing stock visor with homelink visor)

-Greg

What's the difficulty level to do this and for how much?

I'd love to have HomeLink but would not pay hundreds of dollars just to be able to push a smaller button...

Just to clear up on how it looks. This is an OEM part from Ford that replaces the whole visor that has the Cars2U already in it. Seriously took me 5 mins total and that included grabbing the right size tools. Mine is a 2010 that didn't have this as an option for the Raptor.

You can get the homelink transmitter off of ebay and install it in your current visor. Total cost is about $35.

It took me about an hour of farting around with it to get it jammed in the visor but I coupld probably do it a lot faster the second time around...
