First 2011 window sticker I've seen, this a supercab from a poster on another forum (i.e., not mine):

http://services.forddirect.fordvehicles.com/inventory/WindowSticker.pdf?vin=1FTex1r6xbfa02725

His build date is 11/5. Mine's 11/8 and not in the system yet (but thought mine might be a week...not sure).

Looks like they're rating the mileage @ 11/14, which seems terribly low given what I hear from most people with 6.2s. Then again, my previous truck, an '01 GMC C3 (AWD 6.0L fullsize) is rated 10/13 by the new standard, but wound up getting the same mileage as my current '04 GMC Sierra (5.3L part-time 4wd). The EPA specs my current truck at 13/17 (new standard).

110V Power inverter is listed in standard equipment (contrary to Ford site, but in agreement with 2011 Raptor press release).

I've noticed that on most high-HP cars/trucks the EPA seems to get it wrong. I used to own an 01 GMC C3 (a GM ext cab pickup with AWD and the 6.0L) which is rated 10/13 by the EPA. It returned the same mileage as my current truck (ext cab 4wd Sierra which is rated 13/17).

Heck, Car and Driver observed 16mpg: 2010 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor 6.2 - Road Test - Auto Reviews - Car and Driver ...and they tend to have a hard time hitting epa city numbers on most things.

I personally think it'll at least match my current truck's lifetime avg of 14. Not relying on that of course.

if anything the EPA shoots high. i don't know anyone with a 6.2 getting 16mpg so that article is full of shit. gas mileage is hardly the point with this truck i just find it funny that anyone could expect a bigger engine and more hp to create better gas mileage in the same truck with no added technology

I obviously don't really know, as I don't own one yet, and other people's data is other people's data. My Mom gets +2mpg out of my truck, but she drives it like...my Mom. :D

The EPA revised everything in 2007 because they were shooting high...generally think they have it about right now for most cars. All the fueleconomy.gov data on pre-2007 is scaled back as well (or recalculated using a new formula, not sure which).

Not terribly concerned about mileage, even though it's going to be my only vehicle. I drive less than 10k a year, and that's factoring in a few long trips. And I'll still be ahead of the Prius-driving yahoos who think they're saving the planet by commuting 30k/year in a more efficient car.

I think the 6.2L is a pretty significant departure from the 5.4L though, it's not as though it's just a bored 5.4 minus 8 valves.

i would be happy with 8 in this truck...it doesn't matter. the difference between a few mpg isn't that much year over year unless you drive 20k+ miles a year.
