Its really whatever YOU need it for. If you have people in the back seat a lot, get the screw. If not and you want looks and performance get the Scab.

I own the scab. How much worse is the gas mileage on the screw? Anybody have any comparisons? I would expect a difference due to weight but how much is the question?

Pros for the screw: better towing capacity, more back seat room, and larger fuel tank capacity.

Cons: longer is not better offroad wise, harder to park, less miles to the gallon and slightly slower than the scab due to weight.

It really depends on what your everyday needs are but these are the major points.
