Hey everyone,

I am new to the forum and would like some opinions on if this is a good deal or not for $42,000?

2012 Ford Raptor SVT, Tuxedo Black Ext color with black leather interior. Only 11,000 miles on truck, inside still smells new. Luxury package with Sony premium sound and navigation. Raptor Retrofit aftermarket lights and Borla exhaust, stock lights and exhaust included as well. Truck is stored indoors and driven very little in the winter, covered most of the time. Dual climate control, heated and air conditioned seats, dual power seats, backup camera, 4.10 gears with locker, trailer tow package, etc.

I just want you thank all of you for the quick feedback. I really want a Raptor and I am strongly considering this one! Do you think the current Raptors will depreciate a lot once the 2017 hits in the Fall?

Welcome to FRF. There is no way to tell how much of a hit the Gen1 will take once the Gen2 Raptors come out.

Some believe the value will drop just a little as those who want a V8 keep buying Gen1 Raptors. Personally I think the value will drop more than expected because all those who have Gen1 creampuffs that have never been off-road will be put up for sale as the owners buy Gen2 Raptors.

$42k is a great deal and if you are looking at a Gen1 Raptor you will have a hard time finding a better deal.
