future owner: need info on 10-11 and 12+ diffs

I can't find much about it searching, maybe using bad key words. I thought I wanted a 12+ because of the LSD in the front. But I saw someone say they were garbage but didn't find much else. So should I stick with a 2011 or is there a fix for the diff problems. And what are the problems, read about a popping under load in 4 high but no details or fixes.

There is a lot of info. You want to search for Torsen front differential. Also look for IWE failure.

If you are getting one to drive and not do a heavy build on, might wanna just look for a good deal and deal with problems as they may or may not come up. Given how the market is drying up of Raptors to be bought. Just my 2 cents worth.
