Certified Pre-owned Raptors

I'm putting my lifted F350 on the market and looking to downsize to a Raptor. Is it worth the extra $ to purchase a certified pre-owned raptor? I know I'll get piece of mind w/ the 7yr/100,000 ford warranty.

And you qualify for special financing through Ford. Certified pre owned was a better deal at 1.9% for 72 months. I plow through my payments and will be done much earlier.

I think you meant 1.9% for 36 months.

I'm talking to a Ford dealer now and they have a 2014 SE Raptor w/ almost 20k miles and they have it listed for $59,995. They have the window sticker on their website and MSRP was $56,145. Man, do I want this that bad?

I know I saw CPO listings with the incentive of getting 1.9% for 72* for well qualified buyers in the near past. Guess that's not included anymore.

I personally would pass on that. Love these trucks and the SE edition but not for 3k+ over sticker

No, 1.9% for 72 on CPO F150's was run not too long ago. I paid 51k OTD for a 2013 with 28k on the clock with about every possible option. Shop around, and be willing to drive. I drove about 160 miles to get mine. There's a bunch of dealers with 2013's on their lots around 50-52k. No real differences between the 2013 and 2014s. CARFAX is a great way to search too, it will post before dealers list it on their websites or on Cars.com.

I have a special order 14 Raptor with 4800 miles, tux. Blk. All the bells and whistles for 58k.
Also spent 3k on having the fender flares and bumpers painted to match truck, with the best paint materials $ can buy.
2 tone grey/blue leather, moon roof, nav,Sony audio, pampered, never seen dirt,snow,salt or rain !

Most of us were lucky by not having to purchase at MSRP or at MSRP with ADMs tacked on.

OP, you're better off purchasing ziggy7467 's truck (only a quarter of the mileage compared to that one at the dealer you pointed out).

If you can wait a little longer until the '17s are released in fall of '16, the prices of 1st gens *should* (emphasis on should) drop a bit and there will be the usual flood of people jumping ship to get into the "latest and greatest" so that will mean more supply on the used market for 1st gens (in theory LOL).
