Transmission issues

My Raptor SVT 2014 model, 12 000km, started shifting between gears, jumping from 5th to 1st with loss of engine power. Switched car off, resettled however started then again after few km's, eventually get stuck on 3rd. It's imported from Qatar to South Africa. Since this vehicle is not available in SA they are struggling with it. They say the solenoid of the 5th gear is stuck thus whole gearbox need replacement. Any recommendations or guidance who I can talk to for technical support on the issue?

Warranty. Replace it. I wouldn't even take a chance of having someone try to 'repair' it. Sounds like they might be skilled enough to replace the whole assembly.

But the recall is only for 2011-2012. Might want to give it a shot anyway.
