GEN 1 Steering Rack Replacment - Notes and Info

Got new rack from warranty company and of course they did not buy me Raptor specific even i did ask for it. They got me cheapest one they could find and should work in my truck. Could you guys help me with this and tell me what is the difference with these regular F150 and Raptor racks? They send me part# CL3Z3V504BRM (STRV-91-RM) rack and last time i bought CL3Z3504B (STG-450)
It is really difficult find out what is the difference with these two racks.
I appreciate any help i can get. Thank you.

I did try to steer one ***** to drive faster you know
Dude it was serious question for others so that maybe i could avoid spending 1k€ for rack again and use that on next trip.

I have asked HOWE if they would make a better rack. They said they were hoping ford would make a better one. If we could get enough people committed, I could keep bugging HOWE to make a better rack and pinion that utilizes their pump.

Just a thought

I will give them a RING A DING DING. There has to be someone that will fix Fords lazyness.

Called PSC and left a message. Not a fan of them as no one replies and their phone tree is basically leave us alone....

I did call a place in OH that said they are willing to take on the challenge. They need measurements and or a rack. Is there anyone in OH that can swing by and show them the rack and or send them a dead one?

In the interim, does anyone have all the specs on the stock racks? Measurement specs mostly is what he wanted to start. I asked HOWE what pressures they are running so he had that info. Mark did also note they have a pump and is willing to make a full kit with pump, cooling and better rack to remove the vibrations.

@m3dragon Thats definite no, I live in Europe. I hope there is someone little bit closer. I will volunteer if we don't find one closer.
