I had the same issue...Everything worked except SAT radio...Weather link worked, sports, etc. everything that requires a active subscription, but I kept getting the mesage about needed to renew my subscription when I tried to use the SAT radio. Hours on the phone with sirius...Took to dealer, on day the outsourced partner works on the Sony products because Ford does not do it, and they unhooked my battery cable for 5 minutes and I was good to go. Not sure what happened.

I'm a long time satellite subscriber and it sounds like a loose wire from the offroading. I had a similar experience once as Hocker52 had so you may want to try and take it up the food chain with Sirius. One thing to try is to ask for a US based supervisor as they tend to be better to deal with than the outsourced service agents who tend to follow the playbook word for word. There are some definite quirks with resending the signal so I have found using a supervisor tends to work best and if that ends up not fixing it then you can take it to the dealer.

Hungerforraptor --- that's pretty damn funny. We have all been there one time or another. Mine was with a service rep from Linksys on a wireless system about 10 years ago. It was pretty ugly. My wireless switch on the laptop was turned off. The switch was something new to laptops and I never saw it. I started the call by telling the rep to not follow a playbook and ask me if the computer was plugged in. When he asked of the wireless switch was turned on I humbly hung up :)

I have 2014 raptor. It takes me 30mins to drive to work. I get no signal at all on my sirius xm.

From reading all the post about no signal on sirius.

I decided to get a portable antenna from sirius. i haven't decided on how to install it, so i put it behind the glove for now.

Yellow cable is the stock antenna-

I have 98% signal within my 30 min drive to work now...

I bought my 2013 a couple months ago and after transferring my Sirius xm from my old car it didn't work. I checked my connection behind the glove box and it seems secure. Im getting an antenna fault on the screen. Any ideas?
