My Sirius suddenly deactivated on last Friday, I have tried the automated system, the online tool and even called customer service, each time they claim the reactivation signal was sent to the radio and it is still not working.

My subscription is not due to be renewed for another 4 months. They claim there is no issue with my account and they're not sure why it is not working.

Can anyone give me any help with this?

If I can't figure this out by tomorrow I guess I have no choice but to go waste some time at the dealer while they try to figure this out.

Oh Yeah, I have the full Nav unit and all other functions seem to be working just fine.

do you have navigation or standard cd player. In the manual there is a spot that will tell you how to perform an audio self test and you can see if the cd player or sirius module has any DTC's. If you sirius shows B1342 then it has failed. If you owners manual doesn't have direction on how to performed this let me know and I will look it up.

Audio Systems With Navigation

Turn the Audio Front Control Module (ACM) on.
Operate the audio system in radio tuner (AM/FM) mode.
Press and hold preset buttons 3 and 6 for 3 seconds until the speaker walk test begins.
The display indicates each speaker as it is tested.
NOTE: If the speaker walk test is the only test required, this procedure can be stopped after this step, or by allowing the speaker walk test to complete on its own.

Before the speaker walk test is complete, press the "End Test" selection.

Not sure if its the same issue, but I had a similar issue. Called customer service 5 times before the problem was corrected. If I remember correctly when they send the signal you have to be in the truck with it running and the radio off. Then the customer service person should tell you to turn on the radio and keep it on for 5 or 10 minutes cant remember which. So if the antenna isn't broken I would call them back.

Sounds very plausible Randy....Cause I was off-roading when it stopped working. Hope there is an easy way to check that. Do you know if there is?

Open your glove box , then flip it open all the way by pushing the tabs on the sides, you should see the sat plug there i don't remember if its orange or yellow make sure its not unplug.:lazer:

Hunger I just had a similar problem. Operator asked for the sat ID and I had to push preset button 1 and sirius button at same time. ID #pops on the screen, read it to operator and 5 min later workin fine. So if all hooked up call back and try that. Good luck! I know you cant live without your Martha Stewart radio!

Daggone right..LOL...

I drove around with this thing not working for 12 days before I decided to take it to the dealership....after multiple attempts of resetting, sending reactivation signal etc..

Pulled into the dealership, parked, checked in at service counter, service guy came out, turned radio to Sirius and the ******* thing started working. I am was like what the ****, this shit has not worked in 12 days and now I come here it just starts to work..... He gave me this look like I was a moron or something.... I was happy it was working again, but pissed at the same time.

Sirius not working in Ford radios

I am told by Sirius that this is a major problem across the spectrum of Ford vehicles. This started about a week ago. I have an 09 Fusion and have the same problem. I have talked with tech support at Sirius and have been told "they are working on the problem". Sounds like they got hacked. Keep calling their customer service line each day so you can apply for a credit for each day that you are without reception. If more people call they might be more inclined to work harder on the patch.
