Problems with key FOB

Anyone have issues with the buttons on the Key FOB? Sometimes mine works, most of the times...nothing...replaced the batteries was going to take it apart but the button part is sealed

Yes I have noticed intermittent issues as well. Sometimes works and others not. I will ask when at dealership tomorrow.

I thought mine was going out after only 6 months. popped it open and just rotated the battery around. worked like a charm ever since everytime.

Get a viper 5904 like I have! I never have had issues with mine!

Ive had issues too

The dealer said batteries are rarely the issue. More likely inteference from metal objects, etc. That being said they can scan for antenna reception to see if any issue. So, no known issues. I will have mine scanned when I go back to replace power steering unit that has been screeching in cold weathrr.

thanks for update..i put a small piece of paper against the battery maybe that can help.
