P0023 camshaft position actuator

I have spent the better part of the day trying to figure out how to remedy this issue with little luck. Maybe I have been looking on all the wrong places, but I'm hoping to find some luck here.

Code came on the other day when I returned the ECU to stock from 5STAR.

any part numbers or other fixes will help.

Reflash 5star see if the code goes away? If so could be corrupted stock tune...

Any luck getting this cleared up? I have a 2011 6.2 with this code illuminating the CEL. Truck seems to be running the same, just fine at 160k on the odometer. If I can't turn out the CEL, I can't pass a smog check, and I can't renew registration, so it has to be tended to. Thank you.

Where is the actuator located?
