GEN 1 Oil Consumption

Hey everyone,

So I've done a search and found the top issue for oil consumption in the Gen1's is the PCV valve. I'm having some trouble finding the PCV valve, I'm certain it's right under my nose but I'm genuinely getting concerned with my oil consumption. I just changed the oil after 5K miles and I'm under 4 quarts drained from the motor. A google search hasn't rendered any more helpful in locating the valve either.

Any help will be appreciated.

Isn't it at the very back of the passenger side valve cover? I'd be pretty concerned too if mine ate 3 quarts between oil changes...catch can would be a lot higher on my list heh.

It is! I found it. Now the problem I have is removing it. I don't want to break the thing..which I feel like I'm going to.
