Shocks are they leaking or high mileage they could be ready for a rebuild. On my truck this is what was causing a similar issue.

I'll try the road force balance.

The truck has 17k on it, no visible signs of anything wrong with the shocks.

So is the so-called "Harmonics" or rolling gallop a normal thing for stock SCREW Raptors? I do notice the rolling gallop going over speed humps in my neighborhood.

I am by no means an expert since I have never owned a Raptor (mine is being built next week), but I drove a used 2013 SCREW and felt the exact same thing that you are talking about. I was bothered by it enough that I even started a thread on here to see if Fox sells the same shock that comes on the 2017 with adjustment knobs. Per my test drive, I thought the shocks took large bumps fairly well, but they seemed a little stiff on the really small stuff. In addition, I noticed the slight bounce that you talk about. Hopefully the 2017 shocks are more to my liking. If I had it my way, I would adjust the shocks to have a little less compression and bump up the rebound to get them to settle quicker after hitting a bump.

If you feel like the suspension is constantly bouncing, have the shock(s) pulled off and checked for the proper PSI and/or potential rebuild. When they need a rebuild or air, the shock does not do a good job at rebound or dampening. The bounce is from the spring doing all of the work.
