Nav extremely slow

Hey guys. I have a 2010 raptor with the touchscreen nav and just recently it's been acting really slow. Not every click or button I press but it's getting worse. Example: I press map from being on the radio page and it takes up to 45 seconds to switch. Any ideas? I've tried a master reset

My wifes '13 explorer was acting weird and I went to myfordtouch.com and found a download update and it works perfect now. Might try it ?
