How to fix damaged wheel well liner

So my front passenger side wheel liner sustained some damage in the desert this past weekend. Basically, it looks like all the screw holes aft of the wheel were broken open and the liner pulled out. Two questions...

1. With the screw holes broken, do I need a new liner or can I repair the one I have?

2. What is the removal/installation process for the liner?

Can you use fender washers at each location to span the holes?

Maybe, I'll add that to the list of options to try, thanks. I haven't taken a detailed look at it yet.

I had to replace one of mine and they are $180 dollars from ford.

I'm trying to avoid that.

Did you do the labor yourself? If so, what is the process for replacing one?

1. Remove old one.
2. Install new one.
