2011 Raptor - having issues, seems like front locker will not release when 4 wheel engaged. Any similar issues out there?

Thanks

Not a locker, ford shop called it a Torsen - I asked again to and had him check for a 2011. The problem is the diff is not releasing and is binding up the front end when turning and engaged. Drained out old fluid, installed spec'd Motorcraft fluid. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue or similar.

Its not a torsen. that came out in 12. you have iwe problems or as mentioned vacuum leak. when the truck is running the vacuum is applied to keep the iwes engaged so the hubs freewheel. vacuum leak or iwe problem and you lose vacuum. the hubs engage. good way to find out is put the truck on a lift, start it up and see if the front wheels freewheel in 2wd.

Again. A 2011 doesn't have this.
