Default fox shocks done at 40k

both shocks in the rear leaking and need to be replaced at 40k. 800 a pop.

Look into getting them rebuilt. Call Fox. Get with mictouch on the forum. He is revalving and rebuilding.

My last Ford was a 2000 Excursion and I beat it for 110,000 and all I did was change the oil and replaced a few sets of front pads. It never saw the car dealer for anything.

yeah, frustrating. I use the freakin thing like a raptor i dont know. i would have expected more then 40k outta these. no pics now but later.

40k miles out of shocks is pretty damn good. Most factory supplied shocks are used up in about 10k miles. Granted they don't cost as much as the Fox though.

Ya except both Ford and Fox are on record claiming 100,000 miles. My fronts went out at 35,000 and the rear at 45,000...and they have only been in the dirt a couple times
