What are you're guys thOughts on Purchasing the 100k extended mile warranty on the truck? Do you think it's worth it? Also I plan on adding more mods to my raptor like a tune, full exhaust, intake etc. do you think it's still advisable to get??

Personally, I didn't get it on my last vehicle and regretted it since I kept it for almost fourteen years.

So going into this one, I know I keep vehicles so I went with the seven year, 125K mile warranty. Especially valuable since this thing is in large part a computer with wheels. My feelings are, if you're planning on keeping it a while and don't plan on HEAVILY modding it, it's a wise investment. There are others who will disagree but when it comes down to it, it's all up to you and what you feel comfortable with.

I figure one big thing goes wrong and it's paid for itself.

i got it on mine. talk to your dealership and see what kind of mods theyll work with. luckily, mine is ok with headers, tunes, intakes, and your basic stuff.

Cause I plan on modding more and really every time I bring something up to them they seem to give me a hassle.

It's cancelable and you would get refunded the amount you haven't used ...

I wouldn't recommend getting rid of it. One issue and would have probably paid for itself.

Thanks for the info, was curious what everyones thoughts on the subject were. I don't plan on doing much modding past a tune, headers, intake etc.

If I may ask, we just ordered a Raptor and I keep my vehicles a long time, what do these plans cost? We ordered a Raptor because my '99 F-250 got totaled by someone running a stop sign. I planned on keeping that truck forever. People were always shocked when I told them how old it was. Sounds stupid, but I was sad when the insurance adjuster told me he had to total it. I had a lot of fum memories under that truck on my creeper. Yep, my 2 dogs panting in my face , and me under my F-250 4X4 7.3L. Good times.
