Clunking sound

My 2011 Raptor makes a loud CLUNK but only when in 4x4. Replaced transfer chain, bearings and seals as well as opened front diff(nothing visibly wrong in diff) and replaced side shafts and inner and outer CV'S. Anybody had the same problem or got advice?[emoji26]

You've replaced a lot of components. Have you inspected / replaced the IWEs or the vacuum selonoid?

The cluck could be from a cracked IWE that keeps slipping. Our the vacuum isn't holding and you get the IWE to slip because it's not fully engaged.
