Got the rear end apart to replace the solenoid and found some major damage to the carrier. Anyone have a line on a replacement ford part for cheap? Or know where I can source an Eaton 34 spline?

New e locker is on its way, got it through yukon gear for around 500. Ford wanted 2400 for just the carrier group.
I will update with some pictures of the install. Going to throw a new diff cover on as well to get better cooling and protection.

Got the new locker in today. Was an easy swap and the backlashing was spot on. Randy's Ring and Pinon saved me about $2k by sourcing a '12-14 non SVT F150 locker, which is the same 9.75" locker used in the 2011 Raptors. Those guys were dialed and I would highly recommend them. Threw in new axle shaft seals and re-greased the shafts. I had to fab up a connector, but everything is working great!

Need help with something. My new dog is a **** and chewed some wires under my truck one being the diff lock control wires. I think I have it spliced all the way back together but does anyone know which wire goes into which side of the plug? As in red wire goes in rear socket or vice versa? I've tried it both ways but I'm still getting check locking diff message when trying to engage it
