Just got it back 16 days later. Raptor is good as new. Just like the YouTube videos I heard it was the carrier and pinion bearings. A few guys suggested it was these bearings as well.

Replaced every bearing in the pumpkin, fixed under warranty three years ago.
I purchased the AFE cover and Mobil 1 gear oil. Dealer installed it for me for, $100+ labor plus I bought the oil.
Great investment if you don't want to go through rebuilding it again.
