You may remember I started a thread last January about rust on my 2012 Raptor (passenger side) and having Ford fix it. Well, this is round 2. The driver side.

I just came back from the body shop and they are submitting photos to Ford to get it approved for repair. It's a 2012 Raptor with 76k miles on it. In service date was 01/12 and I purchased it on 3/13 with 16k miles. So I've owned it about 3.5 years.
I was really planning to keep this forever but the rust is really scaring me. The rust is the only thing that will make me buy a new Raptor.
On to the pics. This time there's 2 perforations, last time there was just 1.
