2012 Raptor not starting, only cranks

Hi from Las Vegas. I have had my 2012 Raptor for a year, with no issues. As of late the truck will not start, only cranks. Had battery replaced, alternator checked, even went as far as putting a new ignition, still having the same issue. Generally happens after I have been driving around for a while. Any suggestions?
