So can these be mounted at any level? I know the last set of roof mounts I got from ADD had to be mounted at the right spot or it would issues rubbing on the door.

These will produce minimal wind noise, but the lightbars have been known to have harmonic noise due to the cooling fins. To address this Rigid has created inserts for stabilizing the fins and reducing this noise. There is also a trick of putting 1/4" landscape tubing between the fins.

No they can't. They have to be mounted at the right spot.

i need mounts to fit my new 50 inch vision x light widget needs to go to 5w led's when will that be ???? well till then i just have to find some one to make my vision x led work
