They are being sold as is. To add a winch, then strip and repowder would cost more than a fresh order at retail price. The bumpers are brand new never even mounted.

I just called and bought the Stealth. Starting to amass my little pile of add-ons for when the truck gets here at the end of this month. Sweet!
