I hope it doesn't make as much whining noise as the first version did.

How do the mounts attach to the truck? The old roof mounts appeared to be attached in the drip rail on the cab, whereas these go into the A-pillar door frame?

My main concern.

ADD, how is the whistle/whining with this new setup?

Can we get some detailed pics of the mounting setup?

Ditto. I loved having the additional light at night but I could not stand the noise since most of my driving is daytime.

There are a few different ways to fasten them, Nut zerts, Rivets, or Panhead Self Tappers.

My main concern.

I would assume that the lights are spots and not floods, I would love to see a night shot from the cab with just the top light on to be able to see how much hood glare he has. Is that a possibility???
