Paint thinner or mineral spirits on a micro fiber rag. Do not use any other type of thinner! I use it on my work truck to get paint drips or splatter off, I'm a painter by trade.

The Clay Bar should take the sap off. For any stubborn spots that the clay does not get, use some Isopropyl Alcohol on a microfiber towel. Be careful not to scrub too hard, so you don't scratch the paint. Give the IPA some time to soak in and soften the sap.

Once you have the sap removed, apply Paint Sealant, which will make it much easier to remove the sap next time.
