So the bumpers and the fender flares are not the same color? Good to know, I had not yet looked that closely at them. Thanks!

The color for the fender flares is impregnated into the plastic/material of the flares. Hope that made sense.

I'm not understanding your query. The bumper color is listed above (and broken down by component), however the fender color is actually impregnated into the fender. These colors came from a hand-held paint scanner and was scanned (shot) 3 times.

You can paint your fenders whatever color you paint your bumpers, they are relatively close in color, and it should not detract from the overall look of the vehicle.

If you take the above paint contents to a paint supplier they should be able to mix the paint for you (aerosol or brush), just make sure you copy everything because it is for a specific brand of paint.

Thanks for the info NoCaDiver, but to further cloud the issue here is what I have found...

Supposedly, the official “Ford” color & code for the bumper is Sterling Grey, Code UJ. I think the Ford part # for touch up paint is PMP-19500-7205A (cant read my lousy writing).

In a professional color chip book there are usually 2-4 different shades (to account for batch differences & such) so you may find that NoCaDiver’s colors are actually a better match than what the factory says is a match.
