Holy crap... brake fluid on vinyl???!!!?!?!

As far as repairing that mistake, try this:

MeguiarsDirect.com: Gold Class Trim Detailer 10 oz.

Mike Phillips @ Meguiars (now @ Autogeek I think) has recommended the product repeatedly for vinyl graphics. Definitely someone that would know what works well.

How To Maintain Vinyl Graphics/Stickers/Stripes/Decals

I would probably try cleaning it with a plastic cleaner or a light soap cleaner first, because the brake fluid probably soaked into it a little bit. I wouldn't be surprised if it eventually comes unglued/unbonded there in the near future after the sun bakes it a little.

I will definitely try this product. So far I've been lucky, graphic doesn't appear to be getting any worse, but I will put it on. Thanks man, good looking out.
