Help ASAP

I painted the lip around my tail lights today. I guess to much paint was left over. It has dripped on to truck. How can I get this off without messing up factory paint. Help

How did that happen? Did you paint the taillights on the inside of the lip and not wait until it was dry to install?

That's what I was thinking. I let mine sit overnight. No way I was risking this.
