I've used it many times, but I wouldn't say I use it "regularly."

Do you have any specific questions about it?

correct pads for wax and polish

Which pads to use for a swirl free finish when waxing... I usually hand polish to avoid machine micro swirls in the clear coat.

For applying wax, you can use either our black or red pads. They are both very soft and have no cutting ability, so you don't have to worry about inducing damage back into your cleat coat with them.

Machine polishing fixes swirls and scratches, it won't create them...if you are using the right combination of pads and products. Hand polishing isn't really capable of removing any swirls/scratches, you need a machine to truly get rid of them.
