Is the process of getting it shipped the issue? For instance if I had a friend pick it up and ship it for me there may be no problem.

Got them all around but in NorCal I think San Jose. What would you charge for that anyhow? You can PM me if you prefer.
If you have any friends willing to come get it and ship it to you near me in SoCal (Glendale), you can have mine for free
i am 10 minutes from san jose. i will have to check and see what the going price is for these things

Just use a big sledge hammer and a two foot long 2x4. It has worked for me in the past. You can also take a look at the skid plates from TMX.
