If your still active duty, usually your Army Community Service/Financial Readiness office will provide a free carfax. I have gotten several here on Fort Campbell.

ah didn't know that. I'm reserve until I graduate dental school so I doubt I could get it.
It's not just an active benefit. I only mentioned active because if you were, your duty station would have the resources.
