Set of Brand New Spyder OEM style headlights retrofitted with Evox-r projectors, Morimoto 50w ballast, igniters, and 5500k bulbs. Will also come with H13 wire harness for installation to halogen equipped F-150's. All Morimoto hardware carries a 3 year warranty. $950 shipped.

These are sold.
Life span depends on the build. Most parts carry a 2 year warranty at least. Some 3.
Not sure what you mean by replacement parts. All the parts installed are readily available.
