Are the only attachment points the tubing welded to bed floor? I searched all your pics and can't see anything else.

There are 3 slip fit mounts that are bolted to the bed, the 2 rear mounts use the exisitng bed bolts, you add one hold in center of the bed to bolt up the 3rd slip fit mount
