Includes everything except antenna cable. I will include the antenna I have for it as well. Radio is programmed for all of the GLRE and TRR frequencies and then some. I went with this radio because it gives you the ability to monitor two separate channels at once. For runs I would keep our group's channel as the primary and scan the remaining channels in case someone else was nearby. The antenna has been tuned for the GLRE frequencies. I bought this for Snoball, used it and took it out. Never fully mounted in the truck.
