I'm thinking the transfer skid is the same for either truck.

The gas tank skid will need to be cut. It is plastic, so it would be easy to do. You could drill new mounting holes easily. Note, it mounts directly to the tank with straps that have studs welded to it. The mounting components are not included and would probably need to be bought from the dealer.
You probably could make it work...
