Gotta put a big thank you out to the boys over at Baja Designs and Addictive Desert Designs (along with Factor55) for helping out with our demo build.... she's ALMOST done. We still have to put the 40" OnX6 Arc bar in the front bumper but we did a quick photo shoot today.

Shown here is a Rigid Industries 40" RDS bar in the Honeybadger Front bumper by ADD. On the roof are dual 50" OnX6 Bars from Baja Designs mounted to a Honeybadger Roof rack (attached to a Honeybadger Chase Rack from ADD). 3 Pairs (3 on each side) of Squadron Pros are installed within the roof rack. Another pair of Squadron Sports are on the A-Pillar/Lower Windshield mounts. In the rear, on yet another Honeybadger Bumper are a set of Squadron Pros.

Also in the front bumper, the amber lights, are Rigid Industries bars (SR and E series)

Is that part of the roof rack touching or secured to the cab roof? And also secured to the bed rails or down on the bed floor?

The roof rack looks extremely close

The rack floats above the top of the truck. It secures to the chase rack with a bunch of bolts then floats over the roof. It rests on 2 soft plastic things that rest on the roof. There's actually no way for the rack to touch the roof unless the 2 support pieces in the front are broken off and then even still, because of how it's designed it would REALLY need to flex and that's difficult since the side pieces are solid 1 piece and don't really bend nor does the chase rack

I have a light rack mounted to the bed rails and I was surprised how much the bed moves when off-roading. The rack is solid and has no movement but it has hit the cab due to the bed movement
