Truck just spent several days getting thorough detail, paint looks excellent. Interior is clean, standard minor wear, but nothing moderate or beyond no tears cracks etc. While not certified, it carries same coverage as a cpo truck (so think this is an added benefit, not to the extent of a true certified truck though)

Got replacement fox shocks last year (so shocks do look new for a 12 vs my orig units that corroded from salt. Also Ford Rotors and Pads this pas year as well.

My biggest drawback was trimming my rear fenders. While i did not do a full dovetail, i did do a half trim thinking it would flow better should i sell one day. Its not terrible looking, but clearly not stock

Planned to sell with my set of Low Mile SE beadlock wheels, but do have some std 12 wheels/tires as well to swap in at a lower price (they have some wheel rash on them though), figured id knock 500-1000 off with these.

Was figuring that i'd list it for around 43, leaving some room for hagglers. Think 41.5 is a pretty fair deal considering wheels warranty, and taking into account the fender trim. Nada shows 41.4 in clean shape, 43.3 certified

Majority of other 12+ loaded scabs priced below this either have accidents or 2-4 owners, though many were likley never offroaded too...

Unsure if this a reasonable when it comes to an actual sale vs dealer listed pricing. Based on the base model 2010 Pricing, it leaves a clearly big swing to a loaded 12
